After reviewing the MI40 program let me tell you who I don’t think will benefit from this workout.

Beginners. If you are a beginner I would say this workout is a little too advanced.  Not the best workout program for you to start out with.  If you are a new to muscle building I think you will be better served with something like Muscle Building.  MI40 does have some good material in it and you could learn a thing or two, but it is too advanced of a starting place.

Strong Man. This is another group of people I don’t think would get musch benefit from the Mass Intention Program.  If you are looking to dramatically increase your strength, this won’t do the job.  This is not a good choice for power lifters, or strongman competitors. If that is your goal, Dave Tate has some good programs you may want to check out.  Don’t expect big strength gains to come along with the increased muscle mass.

This is a mainly a mass building program.  It is geared for those looking to add lean muscle mass. I think the value of some of the items are over rated.  He says it comes in at $ 1 319.00 but I think that is a little on the high side.  Granted you only pay $77 which I think is well worth it but no need to inflate the price.

Not for the absolute beginner.

Don’t expect to get strong, but the trade off is the extra muscle mass.

Commitment. If you are not serious about building muscle this program won’t work.  Because you have to spend multiple days per week in the gym it doesn’t fit into everyones schedule. But if you do have the time and commitment you will be rewarded with lean muscle gains.

MI40 is difficult.  For most this program will be a big change.  NOS causes a lactic acid build up, this is going to burn and will burn.  Depending on the lever of intensity you are use to, you may feel somewhat nauseous your first few workouts. That is because of the high intensity and lactic acid build up.  You will get use to the intensity and this won’t happen anymore.  Just know that this burn is also triggering growth in your muscle.

Part of Big Picture. The MI40 workout is not a complet workout program.  It is a 40 day mass building supplement. At the end of the 40 days you can’t jump right back into it because it so intense.  You will need to give you body some time to recover and continue to grow.

You will need to have anther program lined up, something like Jason’s workout is the perfect option.  You will see results so what you will want to do is come back to it every 6 months.  Work hard for 6 weeks while MI40 stimulate new muscle growth, then go back to an easier workout.

Well, depends on who you are.  It definitely won’t for everyone. But it will for some.  If you are someone who has been stuck in a rut for some time, not seeing the gains you once did, MI40 will help you pack on new muscle, I think it is powerful enough to put on twice the muscle in half the time.

After looking the program over, there is no question in my mind that you will put on new lean muscle and grow.  Everyone who tries this program will build muscle, regardless of your current level, ability, or genetics.
