Ben Pakulski or the Pak Man as many call him is a professional bodybuilder and the Author of the MI40 Workout, and the mass building technique NOS, Neurological Overload Sets.
For those of you wondering who the Pak Man is, and if he knows what he is talking about when it comes to writing muscle building programs, let me tell you a little about him and why it is a good idea for you to listen to him if you’re looking to build muscle fast.
Of course being a professional bodybuilder doesn’t automatically mean he knows how to write and design the optimal training program to build muscle mass. Educational Background
Aside from having world rankings as an IFBB bodybuilder, putting his methods to the tests on himself and clients Ben Pakulski, has an Honors Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.

Ben and consider himself someone with superb genetics. As a 17-year-old kid then only weighed in at 175, that was after 3 years of hard work and training. What Ben attributes his success to is the constant pursuit of learning and applying the best muscle building information available. From day one then always sought out the best resources and the smartest people in the bodybuilding world to model his training after.
